Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are consumable natural health products, to be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused, with any safety seal intact;
  • In its original, undamaged packaging; and
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery, or for items that do not meet these conditions, may not be accepted except where required by law (see Your Consumer Rights below).

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following generally cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their safety seal broken (unless faulty);
  • Products not in their original sealed packaging;
  • Gift cards;
  • Free gifts, samples, and final-sale or clearance items.

This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

Please note that if your country of residence is different from the return destination, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at wecare@nutra-wave.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Your Consumer Rights

This Returns and Refund Policy governs returns and refunds for purchases made through nutra-wave.com. It does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot lawfully be waived, including in respect of products that are defective or not as described.
